EL Series UV Lamp
Manufactured with a durable, extruded metal housing and scratch resistant powder paint. Select from a large range of lamps with single or multiple wavelengths and watts.
Select from a variety of wavelengths:
- Select from lamps with six or eight watts.
- Models available include 254nm shortwave for germicidal UV applications
Rugged design is excellent for high usage. The lamps are lightweight for easy holding or place the lamp in the stand or cabinet for hands free operation. The built-in reflector enhances UV illumination.
J-138 Lamp Stand (Optional)
Order the J-138 Lampstand for hands free operation. The J-138 stand offers support and hands-free use of EL Series UV lamps. The lamp easily slips in and out of the lamp as needed. Dimensions: 10.74" H x 13" L x 3"W (273 x 330 x 76mm). The J-138 Lamp Stand is an optional item and is not included as standard with the El Series Handheld UV Lamps.
UV Protection
UV-C's effects on the human body vary depending on length of exposure, but can cause painful burns on the skin. It can also cause temporary damage to the cornea if observed directly. Aside from these threats, UV-C is a known carcinogen for human skin. We strongly suggest using protective eyewear, face shields, and gloves when working with UV-C.
Optional Radiometer
Measurement of lamp irradiance is the most effective way to monitor the useful life of any UV light source. The UVX Radiometer is useful for measuring UV intensity to ensure the desired UV dosage is being accurately applied. Useful for germicidal UV-C as well as UV curing applications.
